- Orders placed after cut-off will be processed on the next business day.

- Transit Time: 5-10 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).
- Note: Delivery estimates are based on carrier data and not guaranteed. Delays due to weather, customs, or carrier issues are beyond our control.

6. Address Changes & Corrections
- Pre-Shipment: Contact us at support@aquaxfusion.com before 4:00 PM EST to modify addresses.
- In Transit: Address changes cannot be processed once shipped.
- If undeliverable due to an incorrect address, the package will be returned to our facility.
- Reshipment Fee: Customer must cover full shipping costs for resending.

8. Damaged or Lost Packages
- Damaged in Transit:

- If already accepted, file a claim with USPS and notify us within 48 hours.
- Lost in Transit: Contact us after 12 business days for investigation.
